Our team of industrial designers, led by acclaimed Swiss designer Philipp Beyeler, collaborates with world-class chefs and Swiss engineers to come up with more beautiful, practical and ergonomic cookware and cooks' tools. That's why Kuhn Rikon products are regularly awarded highly prestigious design prizes.

Colori Avocado Knife

The Kuhn Rikon Colori Avocado Knife with its flexible, pre-shaped blade and cleverly integrated de-stoner is your secret weapon for opening, de-stoning and peeling this delicious fruit. Its handle in the shape of an avocado not only bears witness to a sense of humour on the part of the Swiss designers but is also ergonomic thus making working with the knife a pleasant experience.

It was awarded the Good Design Award 2012.

BISTRO

Salt & Pepper: Function and design perfectly combined. Its unique ceramic mechanism grinds salt, pepper, curry, chilli and more. Easily transported from kitchen dining table – thanks to tilting protection. Ceramic mechanism stays sharp; easy to refill; adjusts for fine to coarse grinding.
Oil & Vinegar: Ideal for decorating, refining and seasoning salads, pastas, vegetables and more. You can choose from 3 settings – fine, medium, high liquid flow. No-drip pouring spout; easy to refill; easily transported from kitchen dining table – thanks to tilting protection.

STEAM & SERVE

Steam & Serve is a special serving dish for serving Gastronorm stainless steel bowls and keeping them hot. It is both practical and sensible to cook with professional cookware, but what is sometimes lacking is aesthetics. Trust Kuhn Rikon to come up with a suitable innovation. Serving and holding a dish in which the ready-prepared delicacies are placed together and served with the stainless steel vessel. The simple but fascinating design fits perfectly on a classic or modern dining table. Thanks to the clever design it keeps the food hot for some time.

Spice Grinder

With its smart functionality and contemporary design, the Spice Grinder lets you spice up meals with freshly ground flavour. Its unique ceramic mechanism grinds a lot more than just salt and pepper. The plate at the bottom prevents mess from falling onto the kitchen worktop or table when putting down the mill. Available in lime green, berry red, white and black.

Colori Ulu

Our chief designer Philipp Beyeler drew inspiration from a tool used by the Inuit (Eskimos) for this latest innovation. The Ulu is to the Inuit what the penknife is to the Swiss: they carry one everywhere. The Kuhn Rikon Ulu knife has a colour coated stainless Japanese carbon steel blade and a safety sheath. The knife is suitable for both right-handed and left-handed use. Its curved blade cuts quickly and easily like a mezzaluna through herbs, vegetables, fruit and garlic.

Cook & Serve

Surprisingly different! For this new cookware range, we have reduced the well-proven Kuhn Rikon «Cook - Serve – Keep Hot» system to the essentials. A range was thereby created that impressed though its simple, modern design and clever details. The surprising combination of materials and its manufacture in Switzerland also made environmentally-friendly production possible.


Chopping knife

The sharp, slightly curved chopping knife with its high-quality ceramic blade made from zirconium oxide and the hardened bamboo chopping board are a perfect couple. The cutting of herbs, onions, nuts, etc. is therefore not only extremely easy, but also fun, thanks to the captivating design.

The ceramic blade remains sharp approximately 10 times longer than a traditional steel blade. It is also much lighter at the same time. After use, the chopping knife can be safely and simply stored in the holder provided in the board.

Colori Knives

Extremely sharp and non-stick coated carbon-steel blades combined with an ergonomic handle and a blade protector that is ideal for safe storage – and everything in bright colours. This provides extra pleasure during its daily use.

Hotpan

HOTPAN is the clever combination of stew pot and insulating bowl. You only need to heat the pan briefly, then the food continues to cook in the HOTPAN, similar to a low heat cooking method. The food also stays hot for up to 2 hours without being overcooked. This is not only convenient, but also healthy, and saves up to 60% of energy compared to conventional cooking.

Pan Guard

Clear proof that even simple everyday objects can become something very special thanks to design and functionality.

The flexible silicone stands can easily folded out from 150 to 260 millimetres. Hot pans of different sizes can no longer harm your table.

The Pan Guard also provides a useful service when storing frying pans: It protects from scratching during space-saving stacking.


Mortar

Two mortars in one: The white porcelain bowl is ideal for the traditional grinding of herbs and spices. The hardened bamboo bowl is ideal for crushing walnuts and pecan nuts, almonds and other hard foods.

The pestle can be elegantly stored across the top of the mortar. This product is an eye-catcher in every kitchen.

Easy Squeeze garlic press

60% less effort is required when using this shapely garlic press. The robust and ergonomically shaped lever takes over most of the work for you. The squeezing of garlic and ginger becomes child's play.

The stainless steel sieve simply swings out to make cleaning easy.

"Heart" Whisk

No more unevenly prepared sauces and creams. The clever shape of this whisk, with its head fixed on a swivel, ensures you can also stir to the edges of the pan.
