Mini Pro Knife Sharpener

How to use:

1. Sharpen clean and dry blades only. Do not sharpen ceramic or serrated blades
2. Raise lid to slide sharpener out (lid then snaps into place to become a hand guard)
3. Place sharpener on clean, dry and flat surface. Hold with one hand behind hand guard
4. Gently draw entire length of blade from heel to tip between ceramic wheels – applying light pressure as if slicing bread. Repeat 5 – 10 times
5. Draw knife parallel to plastic moulding and NOT to angle of stone
6. Do not use excessive force or force blade through sharpener

 

How to clean:

Do not clean in a dishwasher or submerge in water - simply clean the exterior of the sharpener with a damp towel or cloth.
