Cherry Tomato Bruschetta

A quick and easy topping for grilled French bread or pizza. It's even quicker if you use the Swiss Chop Chop.


  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halve and remove stems
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 50g grated Pecorino cheese
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp salt
  • Pinch of chilli powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

If you're using a Swiss Chop Chop - put all the ingredients in the Chop Chop bowl and chop until coarsely diced - about 5 or 6 pulls.

Alternatively, chop all the ingredients with a knife and mix together.

Serve with grilled slices of French bread or use as a pizza topping.
