Toblerone & Bailey's Chocolate Fondue by Kuhn Rikon


INSTRUCTIONS
Place the finely cut-up Toblerone and the cream into the fondue pot and slowly heat up with continual stirring until everything is melted. Then add the butter and the Bailey's, and stir until a smooth mixture is obtained. Enjoy with various fruits and/or biscuits or cake cut into cubes.
INGREDIENTS
- 18 ounces Toblerone break into small pieces
- 1 1/4 cups double cream
- 1 1/4 cups cream
- 1 3/4 ounces butter
- 6 1/2 tbsp Bailey's
- Cut various seasonal fruits and/or biscuits into large cubes for dipping
